On February 18,  1546 Martin Luther died shortly after delivering his final sermon in Eisleben. His tomb is in the Castle Church in Wittenberg. This stone marks the final resting place of a man of humble origins who stood up to the most powerful figures of his time and initiated a movement that revolutionized Western religion.

Beginning in October, 2016, playwright and actor Steve Seyfried will share the story of his personal journey through Germany, visiting the historic sites and following in the footsteps of Luther. Steve's skill as a storyteller brings the saga of Martin Luther and the Reformation to life in a fifty minute program rich with history and humor. What a delightful, memorable way for your church to celebrate this Lutheran milestone!
